Reijmyre glassworks picks DesignWorld

Reijmyre's heritage cannot go unnoticed. As late as in the 1970s they had 150 employees working at the glassworks. Today they are around 15 and produces a wide range of mouth-blown glasses to prestigious companies such as Svenskt Tenn.

We have now been chosen as their new digital partner. Initially, we will create a new e-commerce website that goes in line with the company's visual identity. Great focus will be placed on highlighting the glass and all of the designers. We will also create a membership functionality with customer login and some additional features.

The project will start with a research phase where we will create a complete digital design proposition for our client. This will be built from scratch using a modern javascript framework and then integrated into a CMS and e-commerce backend. DesignWorld looks forward to start working on this project together with Reijmyre.
